Металлоконструкции для двухэтажного здания с рамным каркасом требуют большего, чем простое добавление второго этажа к привычному одноэтажному складу. Верхний этаж создаёт дополнительные нагрузки и требует продуманного решения для перекрытия, лестниц, лифта и внутренних коммуникаций.
Для склада, производственного цеха или коммерческого здания важно рассматривать оба этажа как единую конструктивную систему. Рамный каркас, перекрытие второго этажа, колонны, связи и вертикальные коммуникации должны работать согласованно уже на начальном этапе проектирования.
Начните с планировки второго этажа
Второй этаж обычно сильнее всего меняет привычную схему рамного каркаса.
Сначала стоит определить назначение верхнего этажа. Складская зона, офис, производственное помещение и площадка для оборудования создают совершенно разные нагрузки. Лёгкий офисный этаж может требовать одной расчётной схемы, тогда как склад должен выдерживать значительно более высокие нагрузки и локальное воздействие от размещаемых грузов.
Пролёты перекрытия также имеют значение. Большие пролёты позволяют уменьшить количество внутренних колонн, но могут потребовать более высоких балок или другой конструкции перекрытия. Дополнительные колонны уменьшают пролёты балок, однако могут мешать движению техники или работе оборудования на первом этаже.
При этом необходимо заранее выбрать систему перекрытия. Можно использовать профилированный настил с бетоном, сталежелезобетонное композитное перекрытие или другое расчётное решение. Выбранная система влияет на собственный вес, толщину перекрытия, последовательность монтажа и параметры балок.
Соединения балок перекрытия с колоннами также требуют отдельной проработки. Они должны передавать расчётные усилия без неоправданного усложнения узлов.
Проёмы следует предусмотреть ещё на стадии конструктивной схемы. Большое отверстие под лестницу, лифтовую шахту или инженерный канал может прервать балки и настил. Если добавить такой проём после завершения проектирования каркаса, конструкцию нередко приходится дорабатывать.
Согласуйте лестницы, лифты и инженерные системы
Вертикальные коммуникации легко отодвинуть на второй план, когда основное внимание сосредоточено на несущем каркасе.
Для лестницы необходимо заранее определить место, ширину прохода, площадки и узлы крепления к обоим этажам. Её расположение может повлиять на шаг колонн, связи, двери и внутреннюю организацию помещений.
В более крупных зданиях может потребоваться лифт. Лифтовая шахта формирует жёсткую вертикальную зону внутри относительно гибкого рамного каркаса. Стены шахты, направляющие, приямок, верхняя зона и требования к оборудованию необходимо согласовать с архитектурными и конструктивными чертежами.
Расположение лестницы или лифта может повлиять и на систему связей. Если проём попадает непосредственно в связевую ячейку, проектировщику может потребоваться перенести связи или использовать другое решение для восприятия горизонтальных нагрузок.
Инженерные системы требуют такого же внимания. Воздуховоды, трубы, кабельные трассы и канализация могут проходить под перекрытием или через предусмотренные в нём проёмы. Если балки занимают слишком много пространства, может возникнуть проблема с требуемой высотой помещений.
Это особенно важно для производственного цеха. Оборудованию на первом этаже может требоваться большая высота, тогда как на втором этаже нужно разместить офисы, склад или технические помещения. Поэтому строительная высота здания должна учитывать не только колонны и кровлю, но и глубину балок перекрытия.
Рассматривайте каркас как единую систему
После появления второго этажа рамный каркас воспринимает уже не только нагрузки от кровли.
Колонны получают дополнительные вертикальные нагрузки от балок перекрытия и эксплуатации верхнего уровня. На фундаменты передаются увеличенные реакции. Поэтому могут измениться сечения колонн, опорные узлы, связи и расчётная схема устойчивости.
Горизонтальные нагрузки также требуют внимания. Ветер воздействует на всю высоту здания, а второй этаж создаёт дополнительный уровень передачи горизонтальных усилий. Поэтому перекрытие и его соединения участвуют в распределении этих нагрузок по каркасу.
В некоторых проектах второй этаж занимает только часть здания. Такая частичная нагрузка создаёт неравномерное распределение усилий и может влиять на работу рам. Частичную антресоль или мезонин не стоит рассматривать как элемент, который можно добавить в самом конце.
Ограждающие конструкции, утепление, противопожарные решения и внутренние перегородки также должны соответствовать конструктивной схеме. Например, противопожарная лестничная клетка потребует другого решения, чем обычная внутренняя лестница. То же относится к стеновым сэндвич-панелям вокруг проёмов и узлам примыкания перекрытия к наружным стенам.
Проектируйте под реальные условия объекта
Хороший проект металлоконструкций двухэтажного здания начинается не с типовой рамы, а с понимания того, как здание будет использоваться.
Для склада основными вопросами могут стать нагрузка на перекрытие, движение погрузочной техники и свободная высота первого этажа. Для производственного цеха важнее могут оказаться нагрузки от оборудования и доступ для обслуживания. Если над производственной зоной располагаются офисы, больше внимания потребуется лестницам, лифту, противопожарным решениям и инженерным коммуникациям.
Поэтому итоговые металлоконструкции должны объединять несколько решений: шаг колонн, геометрию рам, конструкцию второго этажа, вертикальные коммуникации, систему связей и фундамент.
Универсальной схемы для любого двухэтажного здания не существует. Практичный проект позволяет сохранить эффективность основного каркаса и одновременно обеспечить необходимые условия для перекрытий, лестниц, лифтов, оборудования и инженерных систем.
