Overview

Delco’s fiberglass entry door systems provide several advantages over traditional wood and steel entry door system. Fiberglass doors can be manufactured to look like wood and it is very difficult to tell them apart. They are built tougher than regular doors and perform better under extreme temperature changes and can be customized for your specific needs.

All fiberglass doors are filled with HCFC free polyurethane foam insulation, offering at least seven times the insulating properties than wood doors
Our discrete door skins are made of a high impact, compression molded fiberglass; in addition to being corrosion free, it also resists warping, splits, bowing and cracking
Can be customized to your size selection
Low-maintenance material can handle adverse weather and unlike wooden doors do not require treating with paint, stain or varnish every year

Door lite units are full 1" insulated glass, with tempered glass for maximum safety will not buckle

Weber Grain Technology

Weber Grain Technology is a patented process that authentically replicates any natural surface. The door process begins by hand selecting the most desirable wood pieces to build a real wood door. A silicone casting accurately picks up the finest details of the wood grain and is transferred into a door mold using our Nickel Vapor Deposition Technology. The mold produces fiberglass skins used on MasterGrain doors with random grain depths and all the natural characteristics of real wood making our doors virtually indistinguishable to real wood doors.

Multipoint Lock System

Ferco's Simply Secure 3-deadbolt locking system activate simultaneously. By simply closing the door the upper and lower ¾" (20mm) latches will instantly engage and become 2 additional deadbolts for maximum security. The exterior fiberglass door is locked when you simply turn the knob or key, engaging the 1" central deadbolt. Your closed door is always protected against warping.

Mortise Astragal

An Astragal is the hardware that allows you to access and release the fixed or in-active door panel on a double door, french door or garden door system. The astragal is placed on the fixed door panel which helps seal the gap between the two doors, and is used to block sound or air drafts.

The standard option for any double door system will come equipped with a regular astragal or flush bolts which are two separate bolts that are positioned at the top and bottom of the inactive panel. The upgraded option is the mortise astragal which is centrally located on the inactive door giving you easy access for opening the in-active door using a single hardened steel rod that travels from top to bottom.
