Толщина облицовки влияет на проёмы и примыкания
При обновлении помещения новая стена должна встретиться с существующим дверным блоком, плинтусом и потолком. Даже до выбора отделки полезно показать на разрезе толщину плиты, основания и финишного слоя. Так проектировщик видит, где изменится глубина откоса или положение розеток.
Диапазон 4–25 мм даёт несколько вариантов толщины листа. Выбор внутри него зависит от конструкции: более толстая плита занимает больше места, но сама по себе не определяет требуемую схему опор. Для подрядчика практический результат — согласованная отметка готовой стены и понятная ведомость материалов по участкам.

Листовой формат помогает работать с существующей геометрией
Реконструкция редко начинается с пустого прямоугольного помещения. На стене уже есть колонны, выступы, дверные откосы и места ввода коммуникаций. Модуль 2400 × 1200 мм позволяет разложить листы на обмерном чертеже и определить, где понадобятся вставки.
Стыки нужно увязать с основанием и отделкой. Не стоит переносить схему с соседней стены автоматически: на другом участке могут отличаться опоры, высота и положение проёмов. Подрядчику удобнее получать раскладку по каждой характерной зоне, чем один общий перечень листов без привязки к помещению.

Согласование перед выдачей материала
Сведите в одном узле существующую стену, новую облицовку, коммуникации и финиш. Проверьте положение стыков, проёмов и доступа для обслуживания. Влажностное расширение 0,19 % характеризует материал; обработку стыков и допустимые условия применения выбирают по техническому решению.
