Это даёт предметное сравнение до заказа материала, когда изменить раскладку проще, чем на площадке.
Основание должно поддерживать выбранную схему обшивки. Расстояния между опорами, крепёж и обработку стыков определяют для конкретной системы. Размер листа помогает поставить этот вопрос, но сам по себе не задаёт шаг стоек или допустимый пролёт.
Для подрядчика результат такой работы — ведомость листов, связанная с чертежом стены. Отдельно обозначают зоны у окон, цоколя и верхнего примыкания, чтобы доборные детали не терялись в общей площади обшивки.
Толщина и плотность задают исходные данные для подачи материала
При одной и той же площади увеличение толщины увеличивает объём материала, а при той же плотности — его массу. Поэтому сравнение вариантов 8 и 12 мм включает не только отметку наружной плоскости, но и собственный вес выбранного слоя. Это исходные данные для расчёта опор и организации перемещения листов.
На объекте с ограниченным доступом формат проверяют по пути от места разгрузки до рабочей зоны. Учитывают повороты, временное складирование и способ безопасного перемещения. Порядок подачи согласуют до раскроя: крупный лист полезен для раскладки, только если его можно сохранить целым до места подготовки.

A1 учитывают на уровне материала
Класс A1 — характеристика реакции плиты на огонь. Для проектировщика это полезный критерий при подборе минерального листового слоя и сопоставлении материалов по одной и той же характеристике.
Предел огнестойкости наружной стены определяют для всей конструкции. Он зависит от её состава, соединений, проёмов и других элементов. Поэтому в спецификации стоит отдельно назвать плиту и отдельно обозначить требование к стеновому узлу: так закупщик не смешает документ на материал с документом на конструкцию.
Где заканчивается выбор плиты и начинается проектирование оболочки
Наружная обшивка работает в составе стены. На её разрезе нужно показать, какой слой принимает осадки, как решены стыки и примыкания и какие поверхности закрываются отделкой. Назначение MgO для наружных стен не заменяет решения этих вопросов и не означает разрешения оставлять листы открытыми на любой срок.
До закупки сопоставьте три позиции: выбранную плиту, конструкцию основания и проектную защиту от внешней среды. Для открытого воздействия, необычного финиша или изменённой схемы стены запросите обсуждение индивидуального решения с указанием климатических условий и положения листа в узле.
